How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for all orders from 50 €! If your order amount is less than 50 €, shipping will cost you only 1.90 €.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery time of the products varies depending on which manufacturer's product you have decided to order. In general, most orders will reach you within 2-5 working days. However, with some brands and products it might be 4-8 working days. With only a few brands, such as Stella Soomlais, the delivery period may be up to several weeks since the product will be made to order.

You can find the estimated delivery period for each product under being specified in the product information section.

Can I see and try the products anywhere?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a physical store where you could try out the products. When in doubt regarding the suitability of a product, we recommend still placing an order through the e-store, and should the product not meet your expectations for any reason, you can have it returned and/or replaced. Rest assured - returns are free within the first 2 weeks and we'll cover the fee for the return postage. Fortunately, our customers rarely see the need to return our products. In any case, you don't have to worry about it!

How can I return or exchange the ordered product?

In case you want to return or exchange the product you have ordered, send us an e-mail info@objectica.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the order. Specify whether you want to return or exchange the product. If you want to have it exchanged, please add which model and size you want to replace it with. We will respond to your e-mail as soon as possible and forward you the relevant instructions for return. The order can only be returned through DPD parcel terminals. The goods to be returned must be new and unused. You will not have to bare any additional costs when returning and/or exchanging goods, i.e. we will cover the return shipping cost. Can I pick up the order myself?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment - we send out all orders either by courier or to your nearest DPD parcel terminal.

Is it possible to make an order in my company's name?

Yes, when making a purchase from the e-store, it is also possible to make a purchase in the name of a company. When you go to checkout from the shopping cart, there is a field for the company name.

Can I order abroad (outside Estonia)?

For now, we only offer delivery within the Republic of Estonia. However, if you want to order goods abroad, be sure to let us know either through the contact form or by writing us an e-mail at info@objectica.ee and we will try our best to find a way.
